Please remember that getting eyelash extensions is a luxurious service that requires a lot of skills, patience and attention to details. As an artist, it is our job to find a style that best suits your eyes, apply it correctly without damaging your natural lashes and ensuring you get the most out of your extensions. Our mission is to offer a boutique service whereby our clients are able to customize and choose from various options. We try our best to confirm the look you want during the consultation. Your satisfaction and positive experience are our utmost priorities. Because our interest lies in maintaining great quality service, we are open to your feedback at all times in order to improve. Eyelash extensions may not be for everyone and we humbly respect that but feel free to contact us as you are always welcome!
Lash Aftercare
To ensure your lashes stay beautiful and long lasting, proper care and maintenance are required.
Avoid getting your lashes wet 24-48 hours
Do not use steam rooms, steam facials, saunas or tanning bed for 24-48 hours
Do not rub, pull, pick or scratch your lash extensions (this could permanently damage your natural lashes)
Avoid oil based makeup removers
Clean your lashes at least twice a day with lash shampoo
Brush your lashes daily with a spoolie
Do not use eyelash curler or mascara on your extensions
Fill every 2-3 weeks
Go to your lash tech for removal
Maintenance
The natural life cycle of a lash is approximately 60-90 days. To keep your lashes looking their best and fullest, we recommend follow-up appointments every 2 to 3 weeks.
Booking Policy
To secure your lash appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required via email money transfer (EMT) within 12 hours of your booking. Your deposit will be credited to the service selected with the remaining balance paid in full at the time of your service. Payments may be made in cash or via EMT only to lorrainemakeupartistry@gmail.com.
Bookings may be made online up to 1 month in advance with all deposits made within 12 hours of booking. Failure to make the deposit will result in cancellation of your appointment(s). Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or to cancel your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will automatically be considered cancelled or no show; re-booking will be required. Deposit for initial appointments will be forfeited.
If you are our first time client, a registration and consent form must be completed before the start of your service.
Please arrive on time and come with clean lashes to maximize your scheduled time slot.
